2. Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  4. Label and Ship: Affix the return shipping label provided by us or ship the item to the designated address at your own expense. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization or an RMA number may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the item is:

  • Approved: We will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 business days.

5. Refunds
